Monteprandone is one of the many medieval villages of the Marches located about 6 km from the beaches of the Riviera delle Palme. San Benedetto del Tronto is a few kilometers away, a seaside resort with a fine sandy beach and shallow waters suitable for children. Its splendid promenade full of chalets and restaurants is worth seeing. 

On the hills we meet several villages, one more beautiful than the other such as Acquaviva Picena with its fortress, Offida with its wonderful historic center, Ripatransone and Montalto delle Marche. 

The city of Ascoli Piceno deserves particular attention  with its rich historical heritage and its wonderful squares, old buildings and churches. 

About an hour's drive away you will find the national parks of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga and the park of Monti Sibillini
